    You cannot plug this board directly to an Arduino Pro Mini because VCC and GND are in wrong order: Pro Mini: DTR - RxD - TxD - Vcc - GND This board: DTR - RxD - TxD - GND - Vcc Disregarding this fact, it is a real cheap board with all you need for programming Arduino or other devices
